Traditional POS and ordering systems cost €5,000–€30,000+ in hardware alone — tablet terminals, card readers, kitchen display units, and cabling. For independent restaurants, cafés, and retail venues, that capital outlay is a barrier to digital ordering adoption. Our QR Ordering SaaS eliminates the hardware entirely.

Guests scan a QR code placed on the table — printed on a card, engraved on a stand, or stuck to the surface — and the full menu appears in their browser. No app download required. They browse, select, customise, and pay — all from their own phone. The order appears instantly on the kitchen display and the venue admin dashboard.

The platform is managed entirely through a web-based admin dashboard — venue owners can update menus, change prices, add daily specials, and manage tables in real time without technical knowledge. Integrated payment processing via Stripe handles Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card — with funds settled directly to the venue's bank account.
